We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join us this summer and gain hands-on experience in the agency world.Position OverviewThe Agency Office Intern will assist with various tasks across departments, providing crucial support to our team while gaining valuable insights into agency operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in insurance, and who wish to learn from experienced professionals.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily office operations, including administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, including research, content creation, and social media management.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client projects.
  • Help prepare materials for client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Conduct market research and compile reports to assist in strategic planning.
  • Shadow team members across various departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of agency functions.
  • Provide general support to staff as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a professional setting is a plus, but not required.

Compensation $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
