- Assist with daily office operations, including administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, including research, content creation, and social media management.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client projects.
- Help prepare materials for client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to assist in strategic planning.
- Shadow team members across various departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of agency functions.
- Provide general support to staff as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or work experience in a professional setting is a plus, but not required.
