My name is Kitsia Gaines, and I am a highly involved and passionate individual when it comes to community outreach and financial literacy. I believe that everyone should have access to the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed financial decisions, and I am dedicated to making that a reality.

I am proud to say that I am a graduate of FAMU (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University), where I gained a solid educational foundation to support my career as an insurance agent. With 18 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep understanding of insurance and am committed to helping our customers find the coverage for their needs.

Throughout my career, I have worked hard to expand my business, and I am proud to currently operate three offices, with the latest one opening just this year. This growth is a testament to our customers loyalty and the quality service we provide.

In my free time, I love to travel and explore new destinations. Spending time with my family is also a top priority for me, as they provide me with the balance and support I need. And, yes, I must admit, I enjoy a little online shopping from time to time as well.
